What led you to build Customer Intelli?
Throughout my career, I watched organizations collect more customer and operational data than ever before while still struggling to turn that information into timely decisions. Customer Intelli grew from the belief that AI should not simply produce another report. It should help people understand what matters and decide what to do next.
What experience do you bring to the company?
More than two decades designing, testing, and delivering enterprise software platforms used by millions of customers. Throughout my career I've specialized in software quality, cloud architecture, APIs, distributed systems, platform reliability, and data-driven applications for large-scale customer engagement platforms supporting Fortune 500 programs.
How does that experience shape Pearl?
It changed how I think about building software. Years of working on enterprise platforms taught me that quality isn't something you test at the end of a project—it's something you design into the product from day one. The same is true for security, governance, observability, and scalability. Those principles have influenced every major decision behind Pearl so that it can evolve as a reliable, enterprise-grade platform while remaining intuitive for the people who use it every day.
What is the long-term vision?
To build a trusted intelligence partner that helps organizations understand customers, anticipate change, identify opportunity, and act with greater confidence. Pearl begins with customer intelligence, but the broader vision is intelligent decision support for modern business.
